Shipping Policy
At Glam Emporium Studio, we carefully prepare and package every order to ensure that your wigs, hair extensions, and beauty products arrive safely and in beautiful condition.
We currently use The Courier Guy only for all deliveries.
Order Processing
All orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and handed over to The Courier Guy.
Processing times may be longer during sales, product launches, peak seasons, public holidays, or high-volume periods.
Please note that custom orders, wig customisation, and made-to-order items may require additional preparation time. You will be contacted if your order requires a longer processing period.
Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been handed over to The Courier Guy, delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Estimated delivery timeframes:

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, where applicable.
The final shipping cost may depend on your delivery location, parcel size, parcel weight, and courier charges.
Courier Service
All Glam Emporium Studio orders are shipped using The Courier Guy.
Once your order has been collected by The Courier Guy, Glam Emporium Studio is not responsible for courier delays. However, we will do our best to assist you with tracking and updates where possible.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email where applicable.
You can use your tracking number to follow your parcel through The Courier Guy’s tracking system.
Delivery Address
Please make sure your delivery address, contact number, and email address are correct before completing your order.
Glam Emporium Studio is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee address changes once the order has already been handed over to The Courier Guy.
Missed Deliveries
If The Courier Guy attempts delivery and you are unavailable, they may contact you to arrange another delivery attempt.
Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive your parcel.
Any additional courier fees caused by missed deliveries, incorrect addresses, or failed delivery attempts may be the customer’s responsibility.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your parcel arrives damaged, or if you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us immediately on:

You may be required to provide your order number, tracking number, clear photos of the parcel, and a description of the issue.
We will review the matter and assist where possible.
